history; chronic neck pain.
Technique; Non-contrast MDCT scans performed through the cervical spine.
Findings;There reversal of the nomal cervical lordosis.
At C5/6 there is a diffuse disc/osteophyte complex leading to flattening of the anterior aspect of the thecal sac, particularly on the left, and there is mild bilateral C6 neural exit foramen narrowing due to uncovertebral joint arthropathy, slightly more extensive on the left.
At the other levels, there are no disc protrusions or neural exit foramen narrowing, in particular, at C6/7 there is no abnormality detected. No focal bony lesion. The lung apices are alear.
Conclusion; Minimal degenerative spondylosis at C5/6 with mild C6 neural exit foramen narrowing.
