근전도검사 결과지 해석좀 부탁드려요

해석지가 이렇게  통지가 되었는데 해석이 되질 않습니다

Summary
<br/>
1. Sensory NCS:Delayed peak latencies acrosss wrist to palm segment in both median nerves.
<br/>
SNAPs not evoked in both superficial peroneal nerves.
<br/>
 
<br/>
2. Motor NCS: Delayed onset latencies of both median nerves.
<br/>
 
<br/>
3.F wave study : Narmal latencies in all sampled nerves.
<br/>
 
<br/>
4.H-reflex study : Not evoked in right tibial nerve.
<br/>
 
<br/>
5. Needle EMG study :Increased insertional activities in left C8-T1, L2-L3 and right L5-S1 paraspinalis muscles.
<br/>
Abnormal spontaneous activities in left L3-S1 paraspinalis both peroneal longus, right gluteus medius and maximus at rest and full interference pattems in all sampled muscles during maximal volition.
<br/>
 
<br/>
Interpretation
<br/>
 
<br/>
The above electrodiagnostic findings are compatible with
<br/>
1.Bilateral lower lumbosacral radiculopathy,right side more involved,
<br/>
2.Bilateral median neuropathy around the wrist, moderate degree by AANEM classification,and
<br/>
3.Left lower cervical radiculopathy, at this moment
<br/>
